Shipping and delivery

Your items will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.

Estimated arrival times after an item has been shipped are: 2-5 business days

All orders are tracked and insured via USPS.

My package says it is delivered, but I don't see it:

• Please wait 48 hours before reaching out - sometimes packages get marked as delivered early.
• Reach out to your local post office for the most accurate and up-to-date information - they will know more than we do!
• File a help form on the USPS website if you think the package was sent to the wrong address or stolen
• We will offer either replacement or refund ONLY if the order is lost, as in:
  • The order shows being stuck in the same facility for 1+ months
  • The order shows as untrackable or lost

My order says it was returned to sender:

• If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we can either:
  • Send out the order again with another charge for shipping cost (the same as the original order - we will invoice you)
  • Refund the order amount minus shipping cost

We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to account for this and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this!

Please keep in mind that we are not liable for the packages after they are dropped off at USPS! We also cannot control shipping times. Thank you for your patience and understanding! :-)
